Mayan Michelada
Take your Mary south of the border with the Mayan Michelada.
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Longbottom & Co. Virgin Mary mix
1 IPA beer
1 ea. Fire-Roasted jalapeño*
2 ea. Pickled Red chilis
Rim an 8-oz. tulip glass with Tajin or other seasoning. Add 1 oz mezcal, 1 oz fresh lime juice, Longbottom & Co. Virgin Mary. Mix. Fill halfway with ice, and then top with IPA.
Garnish with fire-roasted jalapeño or pickled red chiles.
Serve with the remaining IPA on the side.
